Our priority is to ensure the safety of customers and staff, so we have had to re-introduce some of our COVID-19 measures.

Masks must be worn in the shop and in our polytunnel. This is for the safety of our staff and other customers and to ensure we comply with the Government’s COVID-19 guidelines.

Please drive in through the left-hand set of gates. The right hand set of gates are now exit only.

The car park will be marked out with cones to create diagonal spaces. Please park in between the cones.

We have re-introduced a one-way system, like the supermarkets, to ensure social distancing, please could we ask you to follow this. If you want to visit the Plant Area including the polytunnel, please enter through the archway at the bottom of the car park, not through the shop which will be the exit.

If you just want to visit the shop, you can enter the shop directly from the car park as long as no other customers are in the shop. However, if there are customers already in the shop, please wait outside until they leave or enter through the Plant Area and queue at the rear entrance to the shop.

Please sanitise your hands with our anti-viral hand sanitiser as soon as you enter our shop.

Only two sets of customers in our shop at one time, please.

Please respect staff and fellow customers and maintain a safe distance when shopping.

We prefer payment by credit and debit cards or National Garden Gift Cards to minimise potential transmission of the virus but although we are accepting payment by National Garden Gift Vouchers and cash.
