After the late May heatwave, we are now getting some rain to water our gardens. Even if we don’t appreciate the rain, our gardens definitely will.

We still have a great selection of plants in stock to add colour to your garden, from flowering plants to lush foliage, there is plenty to choose from.

Bedding & Basket Plants – If you are after summer colour for pots, hanging baskets or your garden borders, we have a great choice of summer bedding plants including Begonias, Petunias, Busy Lizzies, Lobelia, Marigolds and Cosmos. For hanging baskets and containers, we have Trailing Geraniums, Fuchsias and Petunias (Surfinia), as well as Begonia Non-Stop & Illumination, Bacopa and Bidens. The scented Nemesia are particularly good in pots and flower all summer.

Fruit & Veg Plants – There is a range of fruit and vegetables still in stock, including Tomato, Cucumber, Pepper and Courgette plants, as well as Leeks, Dwarf French Beans and Runner Beans.

Summer Flowering Herbaceous Perennials – We have some fantastic new varieties of Salvia including Salvia Salgoon Lake Blueberry and Lake Flamingo (see pictures below). Our West Country Lupins are in full bloom and looking their best as are the Alstroemeria. There is also a new range of Ferns in stock.

We have a wonderful range of other garden plants available – our Roses and the Flowering Dogwoods (Cornus) are looking stunning – with a new batch of David Austin Roses in this week – and we have good stocks of Lavender and Hebes, as well as the striking Tree Ferns for a tropical feel. We also have a range of climbers including Clematis, Honeysuckle and Star Jasmine (Trachelospermum).
